Event Sponsor Coordinator [Remote]


EVENT SPONSOR COORDINATOR NEEDED IMMEDIATELY.

SSAWG is looking for an Event Sponsor Coordinator for the upcoming 2020 Annual Conference, being held Jan. 22-25, in Little Rock, AR. This is a contracted, 100% remote position. The Sponsor Coordinator is responsible for researching and soliciting sponsors for the 2020 conference, shepherding the various aspects of their sponsorship through the 2020 event, coordinating sponsor benefits with SSAWG’s Executive Director, the Conference Coordinator and related conference contractors, drafting initial sponsor guidelines for the 2021 Conference, seeking preliminary sign-on letters for the 2021 conference, providing for sponsor evaluation, following up with sponsors after the conference and other tasks. Compensation is commission-based. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of no less than five years of experience in event sponsor sales and fundraising, passion for sustainable agriculture, client-oriented professionalism and an attitude of ready accessibility.
