Operations Director-CFSA [NC]

Based in Pittsboro, NC, the Operations Director is a full-time position that oversees the organization's daily operations and enhances our internal processes to help CFSA grow, fulfill its mission, and meet its members’ needs.  The Operations Director is an integral member of CFSA’s senior management team, and is responsible for developing and implementing financial management strategy in support of CFSA’s mission and goals. In addition to the strategic components, the Operations Director will develop and implement finance and operational policies and procedures.  The Operations Director will have extensive grants administration responsibilities and will oversee all compliance and reporting for government (federal and state) contracts and private grants.  For a full description of the position and required qualifications, visit
