The Organic Association of Kentucky’s 2015 conference features nationally-reputed expert farmers with experience in dairy, grazing, grassfed beef and diversified production. Jeff Moyer from Rodale, Jim Munsch of Veggie Compass, and Kevin Kienhau and Dr. Guy Jodarski from Organic Valley are among the presenters who will share information and experience on no-till small scale production, managing diversified livestock, cash crop/cover crop sequencing, effective record keeping for maximum profits, cash register technology for the farmers market, high value crops in high tunnels, managing dairy animals in an organic system, low-tunnel winter growing and much, much more. The conference will be held at the Paroquet Springs Conference Center in Shepherdsville, Ky Mar 6 and 7.
