The Arkansas Food Innovation Center will be hosting a series of workshops to assist entrepreneurs in developing food products for the local food system. More information can be found on the AFIC website and in the attached flier. Participants will learn how to produce commercial food products in addition to learning the fundamentals of starting a food processing business. Registrants for Workshop 2 do not have to attend Workshop 1 to participate in Workshop 2.
