Starting a Food Processing Business Workshop [AR]


You are invited to register for the Starting a Food Processing Business workshop to be held in three Arkansas locations:  Little Rock (October 6th), Pine Bluff (October 7) and Forrest City (October 8).  Registration is required and lunch is included.  Registration is limited to 50 participants per location.  For more information or to register visit http://afic.uark.edu/training.html or contact the workshop location. Workshop participants will learn how to produce commercial food products in local food systems. Those attending this workshop will explore the process of taking a product from concept to the commercial market as well as the fundamentals of starting a food processing business.
