3rd Annual Piedmont Grown Conference (NC)

  • Forsythe County Ag Building 1450 Fairchild Road Winston-Salem, NC 27105

The keynote topic for Ellen Polishuk, “What are you Really Selling?  Finding Your Place in the Market”, will help producers learn how to identify their farm or food business’ Value Statement and learn to consider how their temperament is crucial in creating your marketing plan.

Ellen will also lead a breakout session focusing on increasing your sales at Farmers’ Markets. After going to the farmers market for 20 years, Ellen has learned a thing or two about how to move product. Let's talk about display, signage, labor and attitude as we prepare to push your market totals higher.

Piedmont Grown members encapsulate the full farm to fork spectrum.  Members include farmers, farmers’ markets, restaurants, local producers, and local agriculture agencies.  The conference is an excellent opportunity to connect and network with peers and accomplished professionals from throughout the Piedmont Region and beyond.
