LEARN ABOUT:

1.     Bat Houses – 9 bat houses on property, used in IPM program for organic pecan production
2.     Solar Farm - grid tie, solar hot water heater, and solar water pumps, 10,000 KW solar panel
        systems
3.     Organic Vegetable Gardening – 1 acre of organic vegetable crops
4.     Low cost walk-in cooler–check out CoolBot technology
5.     Small Scale Greenhouse – greenhouse made from recycled materials, used  for growing
        transplants for the garden
6.     Laying Hens – household egg production using a portable chicken house
7.     Harvest House - keep the mess out of your home when processing vegetables and game
8.     Pecan and Fruit Orchards - raise commercial scale crops with organic methods
9.     Farm Scale Composting – with a small tractor, take composting to the next level
10.    Hugelkulture – traditional mound culture helps reduce burning of fallen wood while
        sequestering carbon
11.    At noon, Goat and Wild Boar tacos with grilled and raw garden vegetable will be available
       while they last. Or bring your own lunch. Swimming on the San Saba river!!
