Ellen – “Summer squash: Harris Multipik and Zucchini Elite, but have now fallen for Spineless Beauty from Fedco for nice zuke that doesn't rip up your hand when picking. I also like Zephyr for a very productive, very tasty, and somewhat oddly shaped yellow squash. Winter Squash: Any old butternut, Spaghetti pasta from Fedco.”
