Topic: Sorrel

Ellen can sell 25 bunches of sorrel per week at her farmers’ market. Sold as soup ingredients. Russian ladies fight each other for it at Ellen’s market. She grows it on landscape cloth all summer.

Cathy puts it in her salad mix. She starts hers in 128s seed flats. It’s like a weed. Keep cutting it. It will grow.

Nicolas sells it for $18/lb

Charlie has developed a market for it. Children of Charlie’s friends love it. Charlie likes it in salad.

Only 10% of Mark’s buyers even know what to do with it. Mark doesn’t grow it in summer.
